FORUM Pedra Badejo Cidade 2010

On Feb., 9th 2008, whole day, big Forum in the new Norwegian hotel.
Around 200 participants invited by Camera Municipal.

Presentation (amongst others) of Italian project at Porto Coqueiro: ca. 200 Mill. E until 2013!!!
Up to 400 peolple will be working there, about 10% of them from Europe!
White sand will be brought from Maio for an "artificial" beach!!!
Now poor women are stealing black sand from the same beach. In a few years they will no longer be allowed to even enter the same beach!
Still the politicians connect many hopes for the nearby CANCELO with this project.
The village will be upgraded to be a town!
